Inbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner

• Assist customers with their inquiries

• Offer precise information regarding products and services

• Record customer interactions in the system

• Refer complex issues to the appropriate departments

• Utilize a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment

• Remain seated or standing for extended periods while fulfilling job responsibilities

• Occasionally navigate around the office and lift or exert force up to 40 pounds

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred

• Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Completion of a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test is mandatory

• Authorization to work in the country where the job is located is required

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting is necessary

• Consent to drug screening is required; this does not apply in Canada
