Inbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers with their inquiries

• Provide precise information regarding products and services

• Record customer interactions in the system

• Refer complex issues to the appropriate departments

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Prior experience in customer service or a call center is preferred

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Capacity to work independently in a remote environment

• Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace are essential

• Must be authorized to work in the country of the job location

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check including fingerprints

• Must agree to drug screening (not applicable in Canada)

• Completion of a full application including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test is required
