
Inbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with their inquiries
• Provide precise information regarding products and services
• Record customer interactions in the system
• Refer complex issues to the relevant departments
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking help
• Work remotely while delivering outstanding customer service
• Remain seated or standing for extended durations while utilizing a computer and telephone headset
• Use a computer, phone, copier, and printer effectively
• Occasionally navigate the office space, reach for items, lift or lower objects, and handle or exert force up to 40 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment
• Dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting
• Willingness to submit to drug screening; this does not apply in Canada
• Required to complete a full application, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test
