Inbound Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers by addressing their inquiries

• Provide precise information regarding products and services

• Record customer interactions within the system

• Refer complex issues to the appropriate departments

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers in need of assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent certification is required

• Prior experience in customer service or a call center is preferred

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet work area

• Completion of a comprehensive application, screening questions, and a short pre-employment test is required

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting

• Consent to drug screening is required; this does not apply in Canada
