In-House .NET Backend Developer – Fully Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the technological enhancement of a monolithic document management system designed for the efficient management of billions of documents.

• Create new microservices utilizing C# and .NET 10 within a cloud-based and Kubernetes environment.

• Actively participate in making software architecture decisions.

• Transition data structures to support highly scalable services.

• Work closely with Product Management, QA, and DevOps during two-week Scrum sprints.

• Regularly implement Clean Code and SOLID principles.

• Assume long-term responsibility for the areas you oversee.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development, particularly with a focus on .NET (at least .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core).

• Strong expertise in databases, especially SQL Server.

• Solid understanding of contemporary software architectures, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.

• High personal standards for producing clean code.

• Interest in exploring new technologies.

• Enjoyment in contributing to the overall success of the team.

• Proficient in written and spoken German for internal team communication.
