In-Home Traveler Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations within the homes of members

• Interact with individuals on a personal level to help close care gaps

• Assess medications and review medical history

• Carry out physical examinations

• Perform additional diagnostic tests as prescribed by the health plan, including diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings

• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow during each evaluation

• Facilitate virtual visits when necessary

• Deliver Signify Health services, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products

• Travel locally and across licensed states within a designated coverage area

• Establish trustworthy relationships and assist individuals in accessing suitable care

• Collaborate as a clinician colleague with Signify Health

• Visit individuals nationwide to enhance health outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in applicable coverage area(s)

• Capability to acquire and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area as needed

• MD or DO credentials

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states

• Capacity to safely and comfortably perform duties in homes that may have pets, secondhand smoke, or other airborne allergens or irritants

• Competence to conduct virtual visits as required

• Proficiency in using an iPad and clinical workflow

• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time, which may include overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and/or flights

• Commitment to working 40 hours per week
