
In-Home Traveler Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Conduct health evaluations in the homes of members.
β’ Primarily travel within a designated coverage area, potentially up to 100% of the time.
β’ Perform visits lasting approximately 45 minutes.
β’ Interact individually with members to address health inquiries.
β’ Review members' medications and medical history.
β’ Carry out physical assessments.
β’ Execute additional diagnostic tests as prescribed by the health plan, such as diabetic eye exams and spirometry.
β’ Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation.
β’ Conduct virtual visits when necessary.
β’ Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services, including spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screening.
β’ Refer members to their health plans and relay health information to primary care physicians.
β’ Foster trusted relationships and assist in bridging care gaps.
β’ Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).
β’ Capable of acquiring and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as necessary.
β’ Hold an MD or DO degree.
β’ Comfortable and capable of performing duties in homes that may have pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.
β’ Willing and able to travel locally and within licensed states, potentially up to 100% of the time.
β’ Expected weekly hours: 40.
