
In-Home Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Conduct in-home health assessments at the residences of members.
• Primarily travel within a designated coverage area, potentially up to 100% of the time.
• Engage in approximately 45-minute visits, fostering trusted relationships with members.
• Examine medications and medical histories.
• Perform physical assessments.
• Offer additional diagnostic and preventive services, such as diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings.
• Conduct virtual consultations as required.
• Travel nationwide to connect individuals with suitable care.
• Refer members to their health plans and encourage the involvement of loved ones when appropriate.
• Relay members’ health and quality-of-life information to their primary care providers.
• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation.
• Travel within licensed states, which may include overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and flights.
• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the coverage area(s).
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as necessary.
• Hold an MD or DO qualification.
• Able to safely and comfortably perform duties in homes with household pets, secondhand smoke, and potential airborne allergens or irritants.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and within licensed states, possibly up to 100% of the time.
• Competence in conducting virtual visits as required.
• Proficient in using an iPad and clinical workflow.
• Capable of completing medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and ordered diagnostic tests.
• Anticipate working 40 hours weekly.
