In-Home Physician, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments for members of health plans.

• Interact with members in their residences to establish trusted relationships.

• Execute visits lasting approximately 45 minutes each.

• Review members' medications and medical histories.

• Perform physical health evaluations.

• Carry out additional diagnostic tests as ordered, such as diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings.

• Utilize an iPad and follow clinical workflows for each assessment.

• Facilitate virtual visits when necessary.

• Offer Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Travel locally and within licensed states as required.

• Assist in bridging gaps in care and connecting individuals to suitable medical services.

• Reach out to individuals nationwide within specified coverage areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of active, unrestricted license(s) in relevant coverage areas.

• Ability to obtain and uphold multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as needed.

• Comfortable and safe to perform duties in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states.

• Capability to travel up to 100% of the time within a defined coverage area.

• Flexibility to accommodate overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and/or flights as required.

• Competence to conduct virtual visits as necessary.

• MD or DO degree required.
