In-Home Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments at members’ residences.

• Carry out visits lasting approximately 45 minutes, which include medication reviews, medical history assessments, and physical evaluations.

• Execute additional diagnostic tests as prescribed by the member’s health plan, including diabetic eye examinations and spirometry tests.

• Utilize an iPad and follow clinical workflows for each evaluation.

• Establish trustworthy relationships and contribute to enhancing health outcomes.

• Travel across the country to connect individuals to suitable care.

• Travel locally and within licensed states as required.

• Conduct virtual visits when necessary.

• Offer necessary Diagnostic & Preventive Services, including spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screenings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license(s) in relevant coverage areas.

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

• Willingness to travel locally and within licensed states as required.

• Capability to conduct virtual visits as needed.

• Ability to safely perform duties in homes with household pets, secondhand smoke, and possible airborne allergens or irritants.

• Qualification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
