IMS Fixed Voice Core Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Analysis of call traces and network KPIs

• Monitoring, analysis, and management of platform alarms

• Advanced troubleshooting

• Support during the acceptance phases of new nodes/services in collaboration with engineering departments

• Contribution to the development of projects within the Internet Service Provider sector

• Assistance to the team in delivering projects for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the IMS Fixed Core domain utilizing Huawei technology (ENUM/CFX/CSCF/SBC)

• In-depth understanding of IMS Fixed Core domain protocols and interfaces (SIP, VoIP, SIP-I, TCP/IP, UDP, Diameter) and call flow

• Familiarity with VNF and CNF solutions

• Willingness to participate in scheduled night activities and on-call duties

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, engaging with technical and business stakeholders

• Preferred locations: Milan, Turin, Rome, or Naples
