Implementation Specialist – TPRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client transitions from current systems to the Ncontracts product suite through proficient client service and change management.

• Act as the main client liaison and subject matter expert regarding the Ncontracts product suite.

• Facilitate client training sessions via phone, web, or in-person interactions.

• Assess client needs, propose solutions, and provide guidance on best practices and process modifications.

• Define, document, and communicate client requirements and goals to the project team.

• Keep precise project status updated within Ncontracts’ project management system.

• Work collaboratively with leadership, support teams, and sales partners to ensure client expectations are met and issues are addressed.

• Continuously enhance implementation processes, project management practices, and methodologies.

• Transition clients to ongoing Client Support resources following implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in implementation or training is required.

• Experience in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, and/or Lending Compliance roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with Ncontracts’ solutions is advantageous.

• Proven proficiency with PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and web tools for conferencing and training.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to manage project completion under tight deadlines.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of project teams.
