Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of systems and services under the direction of an Implementation Lead or Manager.

• Support clients during the planning, development, training, and deployment of ImageTrend products.

• Create and manage implementation timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines and requirements.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the implementation phases.

• Record implementation requirements, goals, challenges, delays, and time invested in implementation tickets.

• Assist in defining project scopes to aid in proposals and contracts.

• Maintain the departmental OneNote, internal demo sites, and other internal resources.

• Establish and nurture trusted client relationships, providing guidance on solutions.

• Facilitate onsite and virtual training sessions for clients.

• Present or conduct educational sessions at the Annual Connect Conference and other events.

• Collaborate with customer success teams and departments to ensure a positive experience for clients.

• Review and provide recommendations on instructional and technical documentation, product specifications, release notes, screenshots, diagrams, and screencast videos.

• Travel to orientations, industry or company events, and onsite meetings as necessary.

• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• Experience in implementation, project delivery, and/or adult education is required.

• Preferably possesses agile/scrum experience, PMP certification, and familiarity with technology or industry standards in healthcare or public safety.

• Knowledge of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements is essential.

• Comprehension of fundamental concepts for adult education and effective content delivery is necessary.

• Familiarity with implementation or project management tools utilized for education and project rollout is preferred.

• Knowledge of ImageTrend products and functionalities, or similar industry-related technologies, is highly desired.

• Ability to define, scope, estimate work, and monitor implementation tasks is crucial.

• Understanding of standardized data collection practices is required.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.

• High attention to detail, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, is necessary.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment is important.

• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office Suite or similar tools are needed.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality with proprietary and sensitive information is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% is required.
