Implementation Specialist – AI GTM Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of customer implementations from initial kickoff to successful launch.

• Understand each client's business and tailor Distill to align with their objectives.

• Develop customer workflows, target audiences, and search settings.

• Support customers through onboarding, training, and adoption processes.

• Recognize obstacles and proactively advance implementations.

• Create playbooks, templates, and best practices to enhance future implementations.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements.

• Assist in transforming manual implementation tasks into scalable product functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a related customer-facing position.

• Proven experience in onboarding SaaS clients from kickoff to go-live.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Able to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams comfortably.

• Curious, analytical, and eager to tackle ambiguous challenges.

• Quick to learn AI products and adopt new technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Thrives in early-stage startup settings where you will establish processes rather than merely follow them.
