Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Greet clients on behalf of Safeguard Global and guide them through the company's range of products, services, and ecosystem.

• Act as the main point of contact for new and expanding clients throughout the implementation process.

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for EOR and Managed Services offerings.

• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans that cover multiple workstreams.

• Coordinate with internal operational teams, partners, and stakeholders.

• Supervise client setup, technology adoption, and platform training.

• Identify and address risks and dependencies proactively.

• Ensure precise go-live forecasting and achievement of delivery targets.

• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams for smooth transitions and long-term success.

• Advocate for the client experience and drive strong CSAT/WSAT results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Implementation or Project Manager in a client-facing capacity.

• Preferred experience in HR, Payroll, Global Employment, Accounting, or Entity Management.

• Excellent project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage complex implementations across multiple countries or services.
