Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of implementation projects for new brands throughout the US, from the post-sale kickoff to a successful go-live.

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones utilizing Baton, Salesforce, and Jira.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Solutions, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other departments.

• Monitor project action items, establish expectations, and handle escalations effectively.

• Detect and address risks or obstacles that could impact launch schedules.

• Record project updates, decisions, and launch statuses within internal systems.

• Cultivate relationships with brands and 3PL partners, acting as the primary contact for implementation.

• Comprehend customer needs and technical requirements thoroughly.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes, templates, and scalable implementation frameworks.

• Champion customer experience by aligning setups with brand requirements and technical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, customer onboarding, or implementation, ideally within SaaS, logistics, eCommerce, or another rapidly evolving technology setting.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth context where priorities, processes, and responsibilities can shift rapidly.

• Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, effective across both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities.

• Familiarity with handling customer escalations, managing expectations, and communicating effectively during project delays or obstacles.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, or other project management tools; experience with Baton is advantageous.

• Knowledge of eCommerce workflows, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, 3PL integrations, APIs, or shipping carriers.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
