Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Organize regular project team meetings with both internal and client stakeholders.

• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams through progress updates and conference calls.

• Oversee project plans and checklists to guarantee adherence to schedules and successful implementations.

• Distribute tasks across various departments and track outcomes until completion.

• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently at various stages.

• Operate independently and proactively to ensure timely deliverables.

• Pose insightful questions to grasp implementation requirements and challenges.

• Adhere to established procedures to ensure that implementations are thoroughly tested and audited.

• Conduct analysis and design of interfaces, including files, reports, and statements.

• Collaborate with programmers and developers on design components.

• Develop and implement test plans for newly created procedures.

• Document and disseminate new client information to internal departments utilizing the standard Project Plan Summary template.

• Establish documentation for developed processes and supervise the transition to IT operations.

• Acquire proficiency in the CUBS collection system.

• Deliver high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Project management training or certification is an advantage.

• Demonstrated capacity to operate within set guidelines with minimal supervision.

• Proven experience with implementations and data transfers.

• Knowledge of software applications, including troubleshooting skills.

• Experience collaborating closely with software developers is preferred.

• Collections experience, particularly with the CUBS collection application, is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends as required.

• CAPM, PMP, Project Management, or CompTIA Project+ certification is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
