Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and installers throughout the implementation process.

• Identify actionable next steps and align/manage pertinent stakeholders across various teams.

• Confirm deal data with customers to guarantee accurate project setup.

• Keep implementation project tracking records updated in the CRM system, including project specifics, status, requests, change orders, and payment information.

• Estimate project completion timelines.

• Prioritize workloads to advance projects and communications.

• Oversee hardware installation and software implementation in collaboration with installers, sales teams, CSMs, and customers.

• Manage schedules, activities, and communications with both customers and installers.

• Coordinate invoicing requests and verify billing/payment inquiries.

• Engage with client success, technical, finance, and sales teams to guarantee a positive client service experience.

• Stay updated on inventory and monitor project materials.

• Serve as a liaison between Sales and Client Success to ensure smooth project transitions.

• Oversee projects from the signed customer contract through to final completion and transition to Client Success.

• Ensure that projects fulfill schedule, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, such as project management, customer success or support, or as a project coordinator.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

• High degree of accountability for work performed.

• Outstanding documentation and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated success in achieving results and meeting targets.

• Previous experience with email platforms and SFDC.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools in both professional and personal contexts.

• Authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
