This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Oversee customer implementations and enhance the implementation methodology strategically.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical configurations.
• Initiate efforts to optimize implementation processes and minimize time-to-value.
• Manage implementations that involve multiple stakeholders and intricate technical requirements.
• Conduct kickoff calls to grasp customer goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Configure the platform using customer-specific templates, workflows, and settings.
• Provide system training to equip customers for self-sufficiency post-implementation.
• Monitor implementation milestones and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during the implementation process.
• Facilitate handoffs to Account Managers following implementation.
• Document customer workflows and configurations thoroughly.
• Analyze implementation data to pinpoint bottlenecks and suggest enhancements.
• Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at refining the customer onboarding experience.
• Report directly to the Manager of Implementation and collaborate with Account Managers, Support, and Sales.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training roles, ideally within the SaaS or construction technology sector.
• Capability to translate technical product features into business value across various customer workflows.
• Demonstrated success in shortening implementation timelines and boosting customer satisfaction scores.
• Experience with implementations that involve multiple stakeholders and complex integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for process enhancements.
• Experience in conducting engaging virtual training sessions.
• Proficient technical configuration skills and a quick learner of new software platforms.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a history of meeting implementation deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills, adaptable to different learning styles.
• Candidates must currently reside in the US.
• Must possess authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Preferred knowledge or experience in SaaS and the home improvement industry.
• Understanding of business management CRM software and its relevance in enhancing business processes is preferred.
