Implementation Oversight, Workday Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with BerryDunn projects for state government clients.

• Deliver independent quality assurance, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), project management, IT systems planning, business process improvement/analysis, independent testing, and related services.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues in both written and verbal formats to audiences, including executive leadership of clients.

• Offer expertise in Workday Financials implementation to the team and clients.

• Evaluate client project documentation, such as vendor deliverables, project management plans, and tracking logs, providing constructive feedback.

• Organize and lead meetings and interviews with client stakeholders.

• Foster staff development and contribute to a positive, innovative Finance & Accounting team culture.

• Engage in or lead training and learning development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of direct experience in QA, IV&V, audit, or other independent assurance roles on large ERP implementations.

• Experience in the public sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with implementing Workday Financials, including configuration, architecture, platform integration, data migration, and release/environment management.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong client service orientation.

• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 50% annually; immediate planned contingent client travel expected to be closer to 15%.
