Implementation Oversight

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with BerryDunn projects aimed at state government clients

• Deliver independent quality assurance, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), project management, IT systems planning, business process improvement/analysis, independent testing, and related services

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues both in writing and verbally to audiences that include client executive leadership

• Offer expertise in Workday Financials implementation to both the team and the client

• Evaluate client project artifacts, such as vendor deliverables, project management plans, and tracking logs, and provide constructive feedback

• Organize and facilitate meetings and interviews with client stakeholders

• Foster staff development and contribute to a positive, enjoyable, and innovative Finance & Accounting (F&A) team culture

• Engage in or lead training and learning development initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of direct experience in QA, IV&V, audit, or other independent assurance roles for large ERP implementations

• Experience in the public sector is preferred

• Proven experience in implementing Workday Financials, including aspects such as configuration, architecture, platform integration, data migration, and release/environments management

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong commitment to client service

• Willingness to travel to client locations, with up to 50% travel in a year; immediate planned contingent client travel expected to be around 15%
