This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive launches of pharmacy claims-level and physician-level data integrations, managing the process from requirements gathering through testing, go-live, and transition.
• Utilize expertise in claims data to comprehend sources, structures, specifications, matching criteria, business rules, and downstream applications.
• Convert intricate data requirements into straightforward implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Client Success, and Sales teams to provide scalable data solutions.
• Coordinate efforts among internal teams and external partners, ensuring dependencies are tracked, decisions are documented, and launches are advanced.
• Address and resolve urgent data issues while effectively communicating status updates.
• Balance standardized data specifications and scalable processes with tailored client needs.
• Manage data-sharing requirements and contractual workflows in conjunction with Legal, Privacy, and Data Security teams.
• Lead process enhancements, documentation, templates, and best practices to minimize time to launch feeds.
• Review contractual agreements for data sharing between involved parties.
• Develop visual examples, workflows, and launch documentation to facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with post-launch teams regarding handoff, KPIs, and continuous data optimization.
• Extensive expertise in pharmacy claims-level data, with professional experience in pharmacy workflows, claim adjudication, patient affordability, access programs, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with physician-level data (PLD).
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in technical project or program management, implementation, technical operations, or a related role.
• Proven experience in leading external-facing technical implementations, data integrations, or client-facing data solutions from the requirements stage to launch.
• Capability to convert business and client objectives into clear technical requirements, data specifications, workflows, and execution plans.
• Knowledge of data integration protocols (SFTP, S3), encryption, data transfers, file specifications, and integration testing.
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate data requirements, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and work with technical teams to achieve resolution.
• Excellent project management skills, encompassing milestone planning, dependency and risk management, issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives in an ambiguous environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, TaskRay, and Google Workspace.
