Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the client onboarding process from start to finish, which includes project planning, system setup, data and integration coordination, as well as training.

• Become a subject matter expert in Symplicity solutions and their application within LAC institutions.

• Conduct client workshops in Spanish, English, or Portuguese as required, aligning solutions with client business needs.

• Oversee multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring that all deliverables and deadlines are achieved.

• Confirm that configurations, content, and training materials are tailored to local languages, regulations, and practices in higher education.

• Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships to enhance client value and return on investment (ROI).

• Evaluate client risks and coordinate effective solutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives and Client Success Managers.

• Create and share client success stories and case studies with the marketing team.

• Solicit client feedback through webinars, regional events, and feedback sessions.

• Assist operations with client inquiries, invoices, and new sales quotations.

• Represent clients internally with Support, Technical, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.

• Perform additional assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or client success, preferably with a SaaS product.

• Understanding of the operational landscape of Higher Education in Latin America (including university structures, career services, internships, graduate employability, and the student journey).

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, in both verbal and written forms.

• Capability to manage implementation and onboarding projects for multiple clients simultaneously.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Confident in coaching client teams on product functionality and conducting workshops and training sessions.

• Self-motivated, with personal initiative and the ability to work comfortably in a remote environment.

• A collaborative team player who is flexible and upholds ethical business standards.

• Outgoing, energetic, and friendly, with a keen interest in the Higher Education sector.

• Residing within the LAC region, with working hours that overlap with US Eastern Time.

• Experience within the Higher Education/EdTech sector in LAC is preferred.

• Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

• Familiarity with career services, student engagement, or CRM platforms and system integrations is desirable.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
