📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact and Project Manager for initiating new client launches

• Engage in communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process

• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met

• Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, program objectives, and goals

• Execute diverse use cases to guarantee that Movable Ink software delivers measurable and scalable value

• Establish strong rapport and trusted relationships with new clients

• Provide platform training and promote best practices alongside recommended product implementations

• Address common objections and inquiries to facilitate the launch process

• Lead and collaborate on tailored technical solutions with solutions developers, engineers, architects, and product owners

• Generate enthusiasm regarding client success and achieve established goals and KPIs

• Configure and conduct thorough quality assurance on campaigns prior to launches

• Collaborate with sales and architects to maintain client relationships and explore upselling opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account, project, or implementation management

• Direct experience with enterprise mobile or email service providers, such as Attentive, Airship, Bird, Sinch, Vibes, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Epsilon, Cordial, Cheetah Digital, Bloomreach, Zeta, and Iterable

• Strong grasp of the mobile and email marketing landscape and strategies

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences

• Familiarity with the technologies that support the modern web, including HTML, JavaScript, and APIs

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

• High technical affinity with the capability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies
