Implementation Leader, EHS Software – Enterprise SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process of Anvl Frontline Worker Safety products for global and enterprise clients.

• Understand customer objectives, workflows, and systems, while documenting requirements, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Propose and set up Anvl workflows that align with client processes.

• Design, configure, and evaluate API-based integrations between Anvl and customer systems.

• Collaborate directly with customer IT and technical teams.

• Plan and manage extensive rollouts with multiple milestones, ensuring adherence to schedules.

• Provide training for customer teams, ranging from field technicians to administrators, to ensure readiness for launch.

• Implement AI-driven features and assist customers in utilizing these tools effectively.

• Utilize AI tools for project planning, documentation, configuration, and analysis, ensuring quality of outputs.

• Transition active customers to Account Management with comprehensive documentation.

• Report weekly on project status and any obstacles to the implementation leadership team.

• Convey product feedback, customer use cases, and opportunities for expansion to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the implementation of large, complex Enterprise SaaS products, from initiation to launch.

• Knowledge of EHS, quality, sustainability, or connected worker industrial SaaS, along with familiarity with industries such as energy, utilities, construction, manufacturing, or field service.

• Practical experience in configuring SaaS workflows for business clients.

• Hands-on experience with system integrations and data flows via APIs.

• Proven experience in training end users on software solutions.

• Experience utilizing AI tools in routine tasks and/or implementing AI-enabled features for clients.

• Basic understanding of HTML.

• Proficient in using diagramming and project management tools.

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience is advantageous.

• Experience working in a startup or small-team environment is a plus.
