This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and tailor Boomi processes for integration with client systems alongside Laurel.
• Conduct testing of implemented Boomi processes with clients and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in transitioning between billing systems and manage zero-downtime migration tasks.
• Provide immediate support during critical go-live phases.
• Oversee integration health across all client environments and react to alerts.
• Investigate and address client-related system alerts within a critical one-hour response window.
• Monitor Boomi Atoms and respond to any shutdowns or flow exceptions.
• Diagnose data flow challenges across Laurel, SAP S/4HANA, ERP systems, PMS platforms, APIs, and integration layers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative strategies.
• Coordinate swift system shutdowns during urgent incidents.
• Enhance integration performance by refining inefficient processes.
• Act as a Level 2 technical point of escalation for synchronization challenges.
• Assist Principal Partner Engineers with advanced troubleshooting tasks.
• Document recurring issues and generate knowledge base resources.
• Collaborate with Engineering on code corrections and feature enhancements.
• Maintain internal support and troubleshooting utilities.
• Engage directly with client technical representatives during escalations and outages.
• Coordinate solutions with client technical teams and provide updates on incidents.
• Participate in weekly check-in meetings with major clients.
• Take ownership of monitoring and alerting workflows, integration enhancements, and system migrations.
• 3–5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, technical support, or a related field.
• Proficient troubleshooting abilities and capacity to trace data flow across diverse systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL queries, and database fundamentals.
• Experience with iPaaS tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
• Knowledge of alerting systems, log analysis, and proactive monitoring techniques.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and manage expectations during incidents.
• Composed and systematic approach to time-sensitive issues impacting client billing operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA technical integration, BTP, REST APIs, and ERP architecture.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and troubleshooting databases.
• Experience in REST API testing and debugging with tools like Postman, curl, or similar.
• Understanding of data synchronization patterns, bi-directional synchronization, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with ticketing/case management systems such as Jira, Linear, or ServiceNow.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
