This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist pilots at strategic accounts and transition to the delivery lead once the account is converted.
• Oversee the complete onboarding process at strategic accounts, from the initial kick-off to the go-live stage.
• Create and deliver training for end users, power users, and champions, both in-person and remotely.
• Support clients in integrating StructureFlow into their live matter and project workflows.
• Serve as the regional contact for requests referred from the UK Client Success team.
• Deliver high-quality support by triaging, resolving, escalating issues, and ensuring follow-up.
• Develop enablement resources, including guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Conduct proactive early-life check-ins and track adoption signals during the initial 30-90 days.
• Provide customer insights to the Product and Client Success teams.
• Collaborate with the account's commercial lead to plan and conduct account reviews without being responsible for commercial outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Customer Success tools.
• Act as the North American point of contact for the UK Client Success team.
• Visit client locations as needed and facilitate sessions with partners, associates, analysts, and support teams.
• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or enablement and training.
• Proven experience delivering training to legal professionals or similarly senior professional audiences. A JD is not required, but you should be comfortable leading discussions at that level.
• Familiarity with the operational dynamics of legal or professional services teams; backgrounds in paralegals, company secretarial roles, law firm training, knowledge management, or innovation are advantageous.
• Confidence in presenting live and delivering training that alters work methodologies.
• A sincere interest in teaching and technology, coupled with the satisfaction of seeing clients derive value from a product.
• Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent accounts.
• Empathy for sophisticated users with varying levels of technological comfort.
• Excellent written communication and documentation practices.
• Willingness to travel regularly across North America, potentially on short notice.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in LegalTech or professional services SaaS is preferred.
• Background in developing training curricula or knowledge bases.
• Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or Zendesk.
• A JD or practicing lawyer background is preferred but not mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge in corporate or transactional law is a plus but not required.
