This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Effectively, accurately, and promptly manage the transition of new business into Liviniti.
• Collaborate with client teams and engage with customers and consultants to ensure consistent customer satisfaction during the implementation phase.
• Successfully deliver implementation projects and lay the groundwork for sustainable business relationships.
• Ensure that project deliverables comply with client service agreements and requirements.
• Meet required service levels, timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction standards.
• Cultivate client business relationships through positive onboarding experiences.
• Communicate client commitments and expectations to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, testing protocols, claims analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of client technical and service specifications.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identify potential risks, inform stakeholders, and provide updates to leadership.
• Oversee and guide the implementation processes, including documentation, reviews, customer sign-off, site visits, and conference calls.
• Facilitate conflict resolution among internal and external partners.
• Define implementation roles, responsibilities, and rules of engagement.
• Manage projects in accordance with client service agreements and signed contracts.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure accurate claims adjudication setup and address ongoing client requirements.
• Handle an assigned book of business, which includes client trend management and the development and execution of strategic plans.
• Comprehend client business objectives, set shared goals, and demonstrate the value of programs.
• Assist core and extended client teams during the transition from implementation to business maintenance.
• Report any HIPAA violations to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Exceptional numeric, verbal, written, logical, and analytical skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to build rapport and collaborate effectively with others.
• Understanding of program performance and healthcare analytics.
• Availability to work during core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours to accommodate meetings across all time zones.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as industry demands necessitate.
• Compliance with HIPAA obligations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
