This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and assist in cross-functional implementation projects related to client programs, technology rollouts, operational initiatives, and process enhancements.
• Oversee implementation activities from the initial planning and requirements gathering stages through to launch, stabilization, and the transition to ongoing operations.
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure effective implementation.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation, onboarding, and service delivery across various departments.
• Assess business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Redesign processes, create current-state and future-state maps, and advocate for standardization.
• Utilize continuous improvement and structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
• Examine operational data, process metrics, and performance trends; establish controls to evaluate outcomes.
• Guide change management, communications, training, and adoption activities for new programs, systems, workflows, and enhancements.
• Create training materials, process guides, job aids, presentations, and other supporting documentation.
• Conduct training and educational sessions for employees, clients, customers, and stakeholders.
• Aid in enterprise technology and systems improvement initiatives, process testing, user acceptance activities, and workflow validation.
• Translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
• Keep documentation of processes, workflows, SOPs, project decisions, and improvement initiatives up to date.
• Work with employees, clients, and stakeholders while also performing other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project implementation, business analysis, process engineering, process improvement, change management, training, application support, or a related function.
• Proven experience in designing and enhancing end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in leading or supporting cross-functional projects that involve multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify root causes, assess alternatives, and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities in evaluating operational data, workflows, process metrics, and performance indicators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and project management capabilities; adept at managing multiple priorities and initiatives.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality, and thorough documentation.
• Capacity to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to deadlines in a fully remote setting.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio or similar process-mapping tools.
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.
• Capacity to maintain accountability, confidentiality, and quality standards while working remotely.
• Preferred: experience in staffing, healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or healthcare operations.
• Preferred: knowledge of VMS, ATS, scheduling platforms, SAP Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen, healthcare regulatory requirements, process testing, UAT, and software quality assurance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.
• PMP or a comparable project management certification is preferred.
