Implementation Consultant – North America, Ice Hockey

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process and ongoing education for top-tier elite clients

• Guarantee a smooth and effective implementation of Hudl products

• Provide support to key professional clients in the North American hockey and volleyball sectors

• Serve as a subject matter expert and empower users through Hudl Academies

• Coordinate with Sales teams and clients to align on both short- and long-term objectives

• Comprehend customer workflows and educate clients to ensure successful product adoption

• Relay customer feedback to Product teams

• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education to enhance customer insights and global training strategy

• Assist with front-line volume and departmental initiatives as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Sportscode

• In-depth product knowledge for training purposes

• Familiarity with software and hardware for intricate camera and network installations

• Capability to train clients and simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand steps

• Openness to travel and engage with clients on a monthly basis

• Customer-facing experience in training or educational roles (preferred)

• Background working within a distributed team (preferred)
