This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee comprehensive SaaS implementations for clients from start to finish.
• Collect business requirements and convert current processes into future processes within Irth's products.
• Recognize process deficiencies, configuration requirements, and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Develop and sustain client relationships while acting as the primary Subject Matter Expert for designated projects.
• Tailor and set up software systems based on client specifications.
• Assist clients in configuration using a Train-the-Trainer methodology.
• Showcase system functionalities and offer guidance during the implementation process.
• Resolve implementation challenges and collaborate with internal technical teams.
• Work alongside Project Managers to plan, execute, monitor, and report on implementation efforts.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Manage client enhancement requests in collaboration with product and development teams.
• Communicate development timelines, estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and modifications to stakeholders.
• Ensure that requirements and user stories are accurately represented in technical designs and development sprints.
• Document requirements through Statements of Work (SOWs), process-flow diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts, and configuration documentation.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing, track issues, and secure client approvals.
• Provide continuous implementation support and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Excellent independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development practices, processes, and procedures.
• Capacity to identify opportunities for process, product, and operational enhancements.
• Commercial insight and business acumen.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in defining and conveying technical changes and requirements to development and technical teams.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience directly interacting with customers in software implementation or delivery roles.
• Quick adaptability in learning new concepts, technologies, and software products.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours each day.
