Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to identify business objectives, operational challenges, and workflow issues.

• Create and implement solutions using Slack’s AI-driven platform to tackle genuine business challenges.

• Convert business needs into actionable implementation strategies.

• Work in conjunction with team members to realize solutions, adhering to customer journey and design principles.

• Establish and monitor quantifiable success metrics for each engagement.

• Keep abreast of the dynamic Slack/Salesforce landscape, including AI-enhanced tools.

• Introduce pertinent innovations to client interactions.

• Cultivate reliable, long-lasting relationships with customers.

• Report directly to the CEO.

• Strong understanding of business dynamics.

• Quick learner of new technologies and adept at translating them into value for customers.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences, project teams, and executives.

• Team-oriented approach.

• Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing solution roles.

• Familiarity with Slack or similar collaboration/workflow platforms.

• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Experience working with government or public-sector clients.

• Must be a citizen of the United States.

• Some prior experience is required.
