Implementation Associate, Financial Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a specific segment of a broader financial implementation that involves various entities, structures, or workflows, or manage a complete single-entity implementation from start to finish, with regular support from a Senior Associate or Lead.

• Configure and test components of financial implementations.

• Cultivate hands-on knowledge of the platform's financial structures, calculations, and implementation workflows.

• Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based Implementation team to carry out predefined client implementation plans.

• Recognize and report any edge cases or issues that arise during testing.

• Rigorously evaluate evolving implementation processes as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.

• Ability to work with large, complex data sets and possess the attention to detail that entails.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Proficient in written and spoken English (B2+).

• Strong communication skills necessary for daily coordination with a U.S.-based team.

• Experience with software implementation, configuration, or system rollouts in a professional environment, preferably with SaaS or cloud-based platforms.

• Practical experience using AI tools to facilitate automation.

• Ability to function in a dynamic environment where processes are still being established.

• Experience in the private funds industry as a fund accountant, private funds operations professional, or implementation specialist at a fund administrator, fund manager, or fund management software provider.

• Familiarity with private fund structures and calculations, including capital calls, distributions, and NAV.

• Must be available to work full-time in alignment with Eastern or Central Time business hours (ET, CT).

• This role is remote for candidates located in Latin America.
