Implementation Analyst I – Partner Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and review business requirements for data transfers between Paylocity clients and external partners.

• Set up Paylocity systems for the import and export of data.

• Collaborate with clients and external partners regarding data assessments, testing, and project progress.

• Oversee test scripts, file delivery schedules, and milestones for clients and vendors.

• Conduct reviews and audits of interface configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.

• Develop, enhance, and implement new procedures or processes.

• Design and deliver training sessions to both internal and external teams.

• Manage special projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate and supervise project tasks among team members for led initiatives.

• Set up clients for data transfers to established partners.

• Evaluate new configurations and communicate both technical and non-technical information to clients.

• Engage in setup reviews with clients and external partners.

• Investigate file transmissions and payroll data to address inquiries from customers, partners, and internal staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing position is essential.

• Capability to showcase previous experience or a willingness to learn SQL.

• Competence in retrieving and modifying data from relational databases.

• Familiarity with data retrieval from relational databases, such as Access, is a significant advantage.

• Prior experience within the Partner Integration team is a valuable asset.

• Experience with Payroll and/or Retirement Plans is highly beneficial.

• Background in financial concepts is advantageous.

• Previous work experience in a collaborative, team-oriented setting is a strong plus.

• Must be able to sit for extended durations, typically 7–8 hours a day.

• Ability to operate a computer, utilize phone systems, type, and use multiple software applications concurrently.

• Availability five days a week during specified working hours is required.
