This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient transition for client onboarding to ongoing account management.
• Oversee onboarding timelines and relay any alterations or updates to all involved parties.
• Maintain project schedules, guarantee adherence to deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Identify and analyze onboarding issues or patterns, and create and execute solutions.
• Conduct tactical setup for new clients.
• Manage daily implementation workflows and offer technical support to teams.
• Coordinate issue resolution within specified timeframes and suggest modifications to policies and procedures.
• Track implementation requests, supervise staff assignments, and assist implementation managers with coaching.
• Review management information reports and support the achievement of team goals.
• Assess processes and provide technical support to senior implementation managers.
• Define client configuration needs.
• Collaborate with system integration teams to fulfill client requirements and deliver client training.
• Create processes and tools for the customer implementation lifecycle.
• Identify defects and maintain effective communication with marketing and technical departments.
• Determine client process efficiency metrics and work with business areas to develop solutions.
• Facilitate the removal of process obstacles such as bottlenecks, technological limitations, and resource constraints.
• Monitor changes in business and workflow, ensuring timely and responsive service to clients.
• A degree or equivalent, along with over 4 years of experience in employee voluntary benefits or client onboarding and servicing.
• Project Management experience, demonstrating a high level of organization and planning skills, with the ability to develop plans and see them through from design to execution.
• Familiarity with file transfer methods, including a strong understanding of file layout structures and the ability to communicate specifications and details to clients.
• Capacity to identify and manage risks effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
• Strong skills in gathering and translating requirements for business processes.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar).
• Ability to analyze compliance and control initiatives while engaging team members in process improvement projects.
• Proven sound judgment, problem-solving, decision-making, and execution abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner across all levels of cross-functional business areas.
• Proficient in effective communication with technology providers and business leaders, with an understanding of technical details and the ability to convey high-level concepts.
• Experience with the MS Office suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and SQL is preferred.
• Understanding of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel is preferred.
