Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the entire provider compensation and physician enterprise solution.

• Recognize client needs and pinpoint system dependencies.

• Collaborate with the implementation team to develop compensation models tailored to client specifications.

• Offer guidance, support, and analytics to the Heisenberg II team.

• Assist the implementation team to guarantee client success during product utilization.

• Handle a high volume of work utilizing MS Excel.

• Coordinate and collaborate with others in a high-pressure, client-focused setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a provider compensation role, ideally within an implementation team.

• Proven experience working alongside a project manager to collect documents, verify and analyze data, conduct discovery sessions, draft scoping documents, configure solutions based on client scope, and aid in system validation.

• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• In-depth understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive with high energy and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
