Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support the mapping and documentation of processes.

• Configure the system utilizing technical details provided by clients or internal stakeholders.

• Set up testing and production environments for clients.

• Validate and implement extensions developed within the client's environment.

• Prepare and deliver training sessions for both clients and employees.

• Offer support and guidance to both internal and external clients.

• Promote user engagement with Labsoft's services and products.

• Assist clients in identifying and acquiring necessary equipment and infrastructure installation services.

• Research, compile, develop, and disseminate up-to-date information to stakeholders.

• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, failures, and logs.

• Identify and recommend improvements for implementation processes.

• Collaborate with project teams and cross-functional groups.

• Assess the impacts of changes in system-resource configurations.

• Propose and create initiatives, work plans, and budgets.

• Adhere to departmental and company methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures.

• Delegate and oversee tasks assigned to assistants and interns.

• Execute additional implementation and customer support duties as directed by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.

• Experience in laboratory routines and processes.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Advanced or fluent English language skills.

• Strong abilities in data analysis and report writing.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Good presentation and training capabilities for user training sessions.

• Proactive and well-organized.

• Basic knowledge of ISO/I standards.
