This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Construct and evaluate client websites, encompassing benefit plan guidelines, specifics, rates, and enrollment protocols.
• Assess client websites for accurate system performance and quality assurance.
• Import client information and maintain accuracy throughout the implementation process.
• Create communication materials for employees and employers.
• Manage client inquiries and requests through email and voicemail, ensuring timely responses.
• Address data inconsistencies with external vendors and facilitate accurate information exchange.
• Review system data from multiple sources, generating both summary and detailed reports.
• Prioritize assignments and communicate any conflicts or escalations to team leaders.
• Assist users of bswift’s benefits administration software and services.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure effective implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline (mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in a professional, client-facing role focused on analysis and data management.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and data summaries.
• Familiarity with other MS Office applications.
• Extensive background in databases, data interpretation, and data manipulation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of problem-solving using reference materials, testing, and informed questioning.
• Ability to function and make prompt decisions in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
• High levels of productivity, reliability, organization, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Commitment to teamwork and exceptional client service.
• Standard working hours are 8am–5pm Central Time.
• Preferred: experience in HR, benefits administration, or HRIS systems; familiarity with system integrations or large data imports; SQL or advanced data analysis capabilities.
