Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct and review client websites, encompassing benefit plan regulations, plan specifics, rates, and enrollment guidelines.

• Evaluate client sites for accurate system functionality and quality assurance.

• Import client information and maintain data integrity throughout the implementation phase.

• Create communication materials for both employees and employers.

• Manage client inquiries and requests via email and voicemail.

• Provide timely next steps for client responses.

• Address data inconsistencies with external vendors.

• Facilitate the accurate exchange of information.

• Review system data from diverse sources.

• Generate both summary and detailed reports.

• Manage task prioritization and communicate any conflicts or escalations to team managers.

• Assist consumers with benefits administration software and services.

• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure successful implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (mandatory).

• Over 2 years of professional experience in client-facing roles related to analysis and data management.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and data summaries.

• Proficient in additional MS Office applications.

• Significant experience with databases, data analysis, and data manipulation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of problem-solving using reference materials, testing, and informed inquiries.

• Able to function and make swift decisions in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.

• High levels of productivity, dependability, organization, accuracy, and thoroughness.

• Strong commitment to teamwork and exceptional client service.

• Standard working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time.
