Implementation Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding client and advisor experiences during the implementation stage of their plans.

• Request and facilitate the collection of census data, plan documents, prior compliance testing, and IRS forms from clients and external professionals.

• Serve as a liaison among clients, advisors, and platform providers throughout the implementation process.

• Review plan adoption agreements and complete necessary paperwork for various platform providers.

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding plan provisions to ensure they have a fundamental understanding of plan operations.

• Participate in weekly meetings with clients, financial professionals, and platform providers to oversee plan timelines.

• Establish internal systems and input information into compliance software.

• Conduct work in accordance with Nova's policies and procedures.

• A minimum of five years of experience in retirement plan implementation and onboarding.

• Capability to manage workload effectively to meet weekly goals in a results-driven team environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in multi-tasking.

• High level of critical thinking skills.

• Willingness to be coached and dedication to professional growth.

• Industry credentials are a plus.

• Must reside in the USA.

• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the US.

• Commitment to a 40-hour work week.
