Senior Customer Success Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Utilize customer analytics, usage metrics, and industry best practices to deliver actionable insights.

• Design and present value-driven solutions that tackle customer business challenges.

• Update customer leadership on platform roadmaps and new feature launches.

• Act as a technical advisor for complex technical requirements and escalations.

• Lead customized product demonstrations.

• Organize internal and external cross-functional technical resources to meet customer needs.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, service offerings, and industry standards.

• Provide support and mentorship to team members.

• Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and improve global customer engagement standards.

• Travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally for on-site customer meetings and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction industry sectors and project workflows, including bidding, Requests for Information (RFIs), and scheduling.

• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Customer Success, Technical Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and virtual presentation abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to quickly understand platform architectures and cloud capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across internal departments, including Sales and Product.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable level of education/experience.
