Impact Zone Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with GEM missionaries operating within the designated zone

• Stay informed about the locations, ministries, and partners of the missionaries

• Maintain an updated roster of missionary and ministry details

• Keep track of trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe that pertain to the zone

• Create systems for sharing resources that educate, inform, and equip missionaries

• Provide support to missionaries and assist them in evaluating their initiatives

• Act as an in-house reference and subject-matter expert for GEM leadership

• Convene annually in person with fellow Impact Zone Leaders and the GEM president

• Participate in monthly virtual meetings with the Impact Director and other Impact Zone Leaders

• Prepare and submit a monthly activity report to the Impact Zone Director

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Justice Ministries within Europe

• Capability to identify and connect with GEM missionaries in the designated zone

• Familiarity with the work locations, ministries, and ministry partners of the missionaries

• Proficiency in maintaining an accurate roster of missionary and ministry information

• Ability to monitor significant trends, training opportunities, and developments

• Skill in developing systems for resource sharing

• Capacity to provide support and serve as a reference for GEM leadership
