Impact Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of external storytelling and event representation for the Impact program.

• Oversee the creation of documentary case studies, which may involve travel and on-site filming as necessary.

• Collaborate with external production and direction teams while partnering with Design on films and brand guidelines.

• Organize and implement conferences and activations in conjunction with the Events team.

• Assist in PR storytelling alongside Communications and PR agencies, ensuring press timelines and partner announcements are effectively managed.

• Team up with Design to create video and static promotional materials.

• Ensure a consistent visual and narrative approach across product launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations.

• Compose social media and blog content in collaboration with Communications and Design.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous launches, shoots, and events.

• Excellent project management abilities with a talent for coordinating cross-functional logistics.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing several production timelines concurrently.

• Background in creative or production fields such as agency work, marketing, in-house brand/content, documentary filmmaking, or branded content.

• Comfortable working on set and collaborating closely with Design.

• Strong writing skills and a keen visual aesthetic.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in production, events, or brand marketing.

• Willingness to travel for shoots and events.
