Executive Producer, Command Centers – Fractional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Supervise all active Creator Command Centers from initiation to final reporting.

• Ensure each engagement adheres to its defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Intervene during critical situations, client escalations, and rapidly evolving news events.

• Act as the senior client partner for significant engagements.

• Recruit, manage, and mentor Strategy Directors.

• Assemble command centers with designers, project managers, and production personnel.

• Oversee partner agencies, creator networks, and vendors.

• Develop and enhance the command center model, including scoping, onboarding, workflows, and reporting procedures.

• Transform results into case studies and proposals in collaboration with the Senior Program Director.

• Incorporate audience research and performance metrics into engagement planning and evaluation.

• Collaborate with the Head of NewWorld Strategies, Senior Program Director, and Research & Insights team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic communications, campaigns, or client leadership.

• Proven ability to lead multiple engagements and teams concurrently.

• A history of managing high-stakes, fast-paced communications or campaign initiatives for mission-driven organizations.

• Experience in supervising strategists or engagement leads across various ongoing projects.

• Demonstrated senior client leadership experience.

• Proficient understanding of creator ecosystems and platform-native content.

• Strong grasp of scopes, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

• Experience in developing a repeatable service model or operational practice.

• Ability to maintain calm and make sound judgments when multiple engagements peak simultaneously.

• Background in an early-stage or fast-paced consultancy, agency, or media organization.

• Must be based in the US.

• Willingness to travel regularly in line with client engagements.
