This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and expense management goals for the designated territory.
• Formulate and execute strategies tailored to the assigned territory.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated on company offerings and relevant medical conditions.
• Create Territory Business Plans, call strategies, and structured daily and weekly work schedules.
• Design and implement specialized initiatives such as speakers’ bureau programs and symposiums.
• Establish and keep comprehensive customer records.
• Accurately complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Conduct impactful sales presentations for clients.
• Uphold a professional sales persona.
• Manage the assigned territory in accordance with regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.
• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year.
• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ophthalmology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, or Neurology is required.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree coupled with 5+ years, or 7+ years of demonstrated pharmaceutical or industry-related experience in one of the specified Therapeutic Areas may suffice.
• Current experience within the territory and familiarity with customers is highly preferred.
• Background in selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease sectors is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Local travel is required; some overnight travel may be necessary.
