Imaging Clinical Project Manager – 1-Year Limited Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main liaison and advocate for sponsors throughout clinical research initiatives.

• Plan, execute, manage, monitor, and finalize regional, single-modality, or therapeutic-area clinical research projects.

• Modify or create and implement project protocols, operational strategies, risk management plans, resources, tools/materials, documentation, and timelines.

• Oversee daily activities and the performance of a multidisciplinary project team.

• Ensure decisions are in alignment with corporate, industry, sponsor, and regulatory standards.

• Guarantee that project activities adhere to relevant regulations, guidelines, and corporate policies.

• Maintain operational, financial, regulatory integrity, and safety.

• Develop or engage in project communications, training, regulatory submissions, audits, and selection of third-party vendors.

• Manage the creation, distribution, maintenance, and disposal of project data, documentation, equipment, and tools.

• Prepare updates for investigators and reports related to the project.

• Assign and oversee interdisciplinary tasks, including site monitoring, CRF and database development, data collection, patient safety/adverse-event management, document handling, statistical analysis, final report writing, and publications.

• Ensure task completion aligns with quality, sponsor/client, project, and regulatory expectations.

• Address and resolve inquiries and issues from sponsors/clients.

• Organize and lead project meetings.

• Assist with strategies and materials for site and patient recruitment.

• Aid in the development of training for stakeholders.

• Provide regular status updates and reports to the sponsor/client.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one to three years of relevant work experience with ongoing professional development.

• A three-year College Advanced Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, preferably in Health Sciences or Clinical Research.

• Experience in Imaging is a plus.
