This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Examine internal property images to confirm that rooms, fixtures, external features, block shape, and north orientation are accurately depicted on floor plans.

• Contrast original drawings with final edits, ensuring all labels are precise and comprehensive.

• Enhance external photos by greening grass, tidying pathways, adjusting colour and light, eliminating glass reflections, and removing any extraneous items.

• Refine internal images by removing electrical cords, minimizing floor and window reflections, and organizing clutter.

• Occasionally perform virtual staging tasks.

• Conduct online research and produce location drone markups highlighting nearby schools, shops, cafes, parks, reserves, and the subject street.

• Generate land box drone markups that include land size, perimeter measurements, street name, background blurring, and desaturation effects.

• Finalize and polish real estate marketing materials prior to delivery to agents and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Keen attention to detail and consistency is essential.

• Must be comfortable working independently to meet daily turnaround deadlines.

• Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.

• Ability to align with Australian business hours, approximately 4am–12pm or 5am–1pm AEST, from Monday to Friday.

• Engagement under an Independent Contractor Agreement.

• Disclosure of any existing ongoing roles or client commitments is required.

• Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
