This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +6 more countries.
• Develop and uphold essential IFS master data elements, such as Persons & Resources, employees, technicians, warehouses, inventory locations, and site configurations.
• Guarantee global uniformity and precision of master data across various IFS entities.
• Manage organizational frameworks, including companies, sites, and warehouses.
• Assist in the integration of new business units, sites, and employees into IFS.
• Ensure master data complies with internal quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
• Perform bulk uploads and updates of data.
• Diagnose and resolve master data challenges impacting business operations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate creation, maintenance, and utilization of master data in business transactions.
• Recognize data quality challenges and aid in their resolution and prevention.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in master data management and governance.
• Engage with stakeholders across various functions, countries, and time zones.
• Assist in global implementations and onboarding of new business sectors into IFS.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to comprehend data requirements and ensure proper configuration in IFS.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with IFS Applications, ideally in a global or multinational context.
• Strong comprehension of ERP master data principles.
• Proven experience managing organizational structures, including warehouses, resources, personnel, and sites.
• Remarkable attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various business functions and time zones.
• Methodical and data-oriented approach to problem-solving, emphasizing accuracy and root-cause analysis.
• Basic knowledge of data import and export processes.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in ERP administration or master data governance.
• Familiarity with supply chain, maintenance, or service processes within IFS.
• SQL or reporting capabilities.
• Experience facilitating global IFS rollouts.
