This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure, oversee, and sustain enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Amazon Connect, SharePoint, web applications, operating systems, and related applications.
• Establish and manage administrator and service accounts, including user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Install, verify, and maintain system-wide software, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Customize and set up system modules, workflows, forms, fields, business rules, UI policies, automation processes, and web-based functionalities.
• Administer and manage both internal and external web pages and SharePoint sites, including content updates, file transfers, hyperlink integrity, HTML scripting, and posting new material.
• Integrate systems and applications using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Manage platform data imports, exports, transformations, and cleanup processes.
• Monitor system health and performance, conduct audits, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, create solutions, and support enhancements and releases.
• Plan and supervise system upgrades and environmental changes through configuration and change management processes.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and recovery time objectives, including backup and restoration activities.
• Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, web content, and updates.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in operating systems and systems administration, including supervisory or team lead experience; or a Master’s degree with six (6) years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, system design, implementation, and remote management.
• Strong technical proficiency in server and platform administration.
• Experience in configuring and supporting enterprise applications and integrated platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Solid understanding of system security controls, access management, and compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to work independently and determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments.
