Identity Security Specialist – Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a national identity-security expert supporting qualified opportunities throughout AHEAD regions

• Lead advisory discovery sessions, technical sales discussions, identity-security assessments, architecture workshops, demonstrations, proof of value (POV)/proof of concept (POC) engagements, and executive briefings

• Design and showcase CyberArk-focused privileged-access architectures for workforce, administrator, vendor, service, machine, and non-human identities

• Provide guidance to customers on privileged-account discovery, vaulting, credential rotation, onboarding, session management, monitoring, just-in-time access, least privilege, break-glass access, and reducing shared accounts

• Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and in line with AHEAD’s professional and managed services capabilities

• Develop solution designs, configurations, sizing inputs, service proposals, statements of work, presentations, technical justifications, and customer roadmaps

• Offer pricing and effort inputs for account and delivery teams; final commercial approval is subject to appropriate AHEAD leaders

• Evaluate opportunities based on technical criteria, business outcomes, decision-making processes, funding, and customer preparedness

• Establish CyberArk and related identity-security strategies across on-premises, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS, and hybrid environments

• Link PIM/PAM strategy to IAM, IGA, MFA, SSO, ITDR, secrets management, cloud IAM, SIEM/SOAR, ITSM, and Zero Trust initiatives

• Collaborate with OEM field teams on technical alignment, enablement, certifications, and ongoing customer campaigns

• Contribute reusable architectures, discovery guides, workshop content, competitive insights, and enablement resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity, cloud, technology consulting, or solutions engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to identity security

• Previous experience in customer-facing pre-sales, solutions engineering, consulting, or security architecture roles

• Proven CyberArk expertise in at least one enterprise program that spans two or more lifecycle stages

• Solid understanding of PIM and PAM concepts, controls, workflows, and operational models

• Experience in creating customer-facing proposals, solution designs, statements of work (SOWs), service proposals, or similar pre-sales documents

• Capability to design and present identity-security architectures to both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders

• Experience in integrating privileged access with enterprise identity, cloud, endpoint, security operations, and ITSM platforms

• Excellent written, verbal, whiteboarding, presentation, and customer-management abilities
